We've all heard the term, but do you actually know what it means?

Probably not. Which is why we've put together a straight-to-the-point introduction to shadow work bundle, especially for those new to the concept of Shadow Work.

This little bundle includes a short yet concise shadow work booklet highlighting what it all means answering all of the beginner questions such as:

As we've come to realise through our own healing journey; we can only go up as far as we have gone down, - As above, so below - otherwise reaching for the stars (so to speak) is futile and built upon unhealed, unresolved, unclaimed childhood trauma. You can't really go to level 10 if you haven't really passed the beginner levels, if that makes sense.

Our intention is to help you shine a light on the hidden aspects of your psyche so that you too, may integrate them into your conscious awareness and set your foundations strong, steady and whole.
