Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 which is calculated automatically at the checkout

Jasmine Louise is a one man show so has a packaging time of 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. (These days don’t include weekends) and this time frame also doesn’t include the time it may take to get to you once your package is couriered. We use non signature overnight bags, but given the current circumstances we understand parcels are often delayed by 1 - 3 days within NZ

We do provide tracking once your items have been couriered, so you are able to keep a close eye on its journey to you.

Jasmine Louise offers non contact pickups from an Invercargill location. If you would prefer a pickup option please select this option at the checkout and we will email you with the details.

We are here to help if a parcel goes missing on it's way to you whilst in transit. We don't like missing parcels at all and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel. Please note that all our parcels are trackable and insured.

Things to consider

* Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.

* Please select Rural delivery if your address is Rural. Your parcels will not be able to leave until the correct shipping has been received

* Great care is taken to ensure your order is packed with love and is well protected for its journey to you and sometimes we reuse shipping packaging such as tissue and bubble wrap and cardboard.
